The stores area is the first point where goods are received and stored as soon as they arrive from suppliers. Stores department can store goods separately i.e. fish, beef, chicken and lamb. Dry goods are properly stored, making it easy to monitor stock levels. A vegetable chiller is in place, enabling us to keep vegetables fresh for a longer period. With the assistance of the well-designed receiving bay, the quality and weights of goods received can be checked before the goods are accepted. Pallet trolleys are used for the movement of goods from one area to the other.
